Syncing w/iPad & computer stalls at step 4
I am trying to sync my iPad w/my computer & it seems to stall at step 4 in the syncing process, how can I get it to move beyond step 4?

I believe that step 4 is determining apps to sync or syncing apps, so if you are stalling at that point, are you sure that you are signed into your Apple ID? Do you have apps that were purchased with more than one Apple ID? Do you have any problematic apps on the iPad?
