Does Alienware's Graphics Amplifier Work on MacBook Pros?

Question says it all! I wanted to use Alienware's graphics amplifier with my MacBook Pro running Windows 10 on Boot Camp. Does that even work? I know that not all hardware is compatible with Macs, so I would have to buy a compatible graphics card.
