Q: iCloud notes from iPhone to the IWatch

Apple's Notes app is not presently included on Apple Watch.

For Notes, Siri on Apple Watch uses Handoff to create notes on your iPhone (ie if you tell Siri on your watch to create a new Note, you can swipe up on the Handoff icon at the bottom left of your iPhone Lock Screen to continue creating that Note on your iPhone).

If you would like to suggest that Apple considers adding the Notes app to Apple Watch, you can do so here:

In the meantime, you may find that a third-party app meets your needs. When searching the App Store, check for apps that state "Offers Apple Watch app for iPhone" and read the app description and/or the app developer's own support resources for full details of how they work with Apple Watch.
