Best brochure template for Pages?

What do you recommend as a template for designing brochures in Pages?

I bought an app called "Inspiration Set for Pages" but am not convinced this is the best one out there.

I'm a public speaker and want to create an eye-catching brochure that will describe the speeches I offer, contain images from past talks I've given, and similar content. I'll convert the Pages document to a PDF for emailing to potential clients.

Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
