I am unable to netbook!!!

I just currently deployed a netboot server. I am unable to get any Mac to netboot from that server. If the client and netboot server are on the same switch I am able to successfully netboot. If I try a client that is on a different switch but on the same VLAN and I try to netboot it won't see the netboot server. I can ping the netboot server as well as remote into it but I can't get it to show as an available netboot server. The netboot server will not come up if I hold down N at boot nor will it show up if I hold down the option key. Its not showing up in Startup disks either. I have another Netboot server on the same VLAN and every client is able to see it and netboot from it regardless of what switch it is on. I turn off Netinstall on the old one and I see no netboot servers listed. I then turn on the new one and still nothing shows up as an available netboot server unless the client is on the same switch. I moved the netboot server to another switch and the same issue occurred as well. Any Macs on that switch will see the netboot server but Macs not on the switch will not. They are all on the same subnet. Any Help will be appreciated.
