My iPhone 5 will not turn on and when I try to restore I am constantly met with error 4005 and 4013.

If the iPhone won't turn on, then your problem is with the phone. Error 4005 occurs if your iOS device disconnects during the update or restore or if iTunes couldn't tell the device to restore. iTunes can't restore a phone that's not powered on. If you've followed all the steps including trying a different PC and soft resetting the phone, then contact Apple support.

I have repeatedly tried to restore iPhone 5 but get errors 4005 and 4013. iTunes says "extracting software" and then sticks on "waiting for iPhone." None of the troubleshooting steps have worked. iPhone won't turn on.
