Q: El Capitan Refusing to Install

First time El Capitan downloaded, it got stuck on the white screen with the apple logo and progress bar at the bottom. The progress bar reached 100% but the screen weren't changing, it was just stuck at this screen.

I researched this problem and tried everything I've read in these forums. I deleted the kext files. I've left it for like 2 hours and still no change. So I redownloaded it and it is still giving me the same problem. After it downlaoded, it first installed with it telling me how many minutes left of the installation. Then it restarted. After it restarted, a fatter progress bar came up again, and it went faster, took like 2/3 minutes to reach 100%. Afterwards, it restarted again. The progress bar took like 30 minutes to reach 100% this time. And now it is stuck on this screen with the apple logo and the 100% completed progress bar. It's been like this for nearly 2 hours now.

How do I solve this problem, because reinstalling and leaving it doesn't seem to be helping :-(
