Mar 1, 2016 2:19 PM in response to LACAllenby infasj,Autoplay is enabled for all devices. The problem is the iPad is not detected for me to even change the iPad autoplay settings. It works fine in iTunes but i can't get it detected normally using the usb.

Mar 1, 2016 3:05 PM in response to infasjby LACAllen,Then I would remove the iPad in device manager and let it get redetected.
It's a Windows thing.

Mar 1, 2016 3:05 PM in response to LACAllenby infasj,I believe you haven't read my problem exactly.
I've tried all, removing the apple mobile device driver and letting it auto install too but doesn't solve the problem.
Another thing is under Devices and Printers the Apple Mobile Device is under Unspecified category.

Mar 1, 2016 3:09 PM in response to infasjby LACAllen,So we're supposed to understand what "all solutions" means? Or now the single word "all"?
You originally pointed out 2 things you have tried my friend. Forgive me for not devining the others. Now you've shared 2 more.
The unspecified category proves it's a driver issue within Windows.
Best of luck to you. Want better answers? Ask better questions.

Mar 1, 2016 3:13 PM in response to LACAllenby infasj,Sorry on how you take the point "I've tried all solutions like reinstalling itunes and disabling anti-virus but nothing solves."
I am an MCP myself. I've tried all the basic and a bit advanced solutions but nothing works. Even fellow IOS whom i know didn't give a solution. I've scraped all over without a solution for this,
Regarding the driver issue, I've reinstalled iTunes along with its associated softwares thrice so far

Mar 2, 2016 9:25 AM in response to infasjby ShagCA,Are those USB ports on the motherboard or a USB hub? How about using a different PC, lightning/USB cable, disabling firewall? I'm trying to isolate the problem. It's either one of these: iPad, PC or driver installation problem, USB cable.

Mar 2, 2016 9:28 AM in response to ShagCAby infasj,I tried on both ports connected to motherboard and the casing.
It detects in my laptop which was windows 8.1 with no iTunes. I can copy the photos from it but can't add photos.
It doesn't work in my desktop

Mar 2, 2016 9:40 AM in response to infasjby ShagCA,So the desktop seems to be the source of the problem. Btw, you can never add things from your PC/laptop directly into iPad without going thru iTunes. I know you said you've done this but did you follow this article?
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
It seems that the removal of iTunes must be in correct order. Follow the article exactly as it says if you have not done it already. If that doesn't help, grab a spare hard disk. Install Windows 7 from scratch. I know it's an extreme measure but I'd be really curious if I were in your situation.

Mar 2, 2016 9:52 AM in response to ShagCAby infasj,I will try uninstalling and installing iTunes from scratch and get back tomorrow.
Just curios, when i try to sync the photos from the iTunes, it gives a warning that it will remove certain photos or something. Does it say it will remove all from the ipad?

Mar 2, 2016 10:00 AM in response to infasjby ShagCA,I think photos in Camera Roll will remain untouched but if you have sync'd the device with another computer, you will lose the content (music, photos etc) from that computer.
