I Got a virus alert on my iPad. It says I should contact Apple support. Is this real or not. This us a screen shot if the alert.

NO, any such message will be a scam. See below.
It is a total scam. Close Safari by double-tapping the Home key and swiping up on the Safari thumbnail. Then go to Settings>Safari, and tap on Clear History and Website Data.
