Q: iPhone 5s touch screen and home button don't work

Hello guys I am new here so let's go.

I have a 32GB iPhone 5s and let it charge, and i don't know if it is because of that but only the down part of the touch screen works, also the

Home button don't work and i cant connect it to my pc because it have password and i cant type it. What can I do?. Also iPhone is on iOS 9.2.1.
