Dropped iPhone 5S on the floor, screen now gray

Hi hello! I had my phone sitting on the counter (too close to the edge apparently) and I got a text message and my phone buzzed and fell off and landed screen down. Now there are strange gray lines all over the screen, but the touch portion still works so I can still use the phone. However, it might be my imagination, but it seems the screen gets more and more gray the more I use it. Just wondering if there is any way I can fix it without paying however much money at an Apple store, or if I will be okay until my next phone upgrade in three months and the fading is actually in my head.
