Mar 1, 2016 9:36 PM in response to arata ishimotoby sberman,You attached the HT204267 article above which tells you exactly how to address this issue.
You have not told us exactly what happens when you tried the 'Rule out display issues" steps, or the seven steps listed under "Power issues".
Once you perform all the steps in the article, perhaps you will either solve your issue or we can help further.

Mar 1, 2016 10:47 PM in response to sbermanby arata ishimoto,Sorry I was new to this discussion and I was on a tablet as well so I didn't know how it works. But the problem I have is when I try to work on my Macbook Air it shuts down suddenly without touching anything, when you try to turn on the macbook without plugging the charger it comes on half way throught with fan noise but it won't boot up all the way and finally, the battery said condition: normal and cycle count is 304 and I was researching everywhere to do but I didn't know what to do. I didn't mean to attach the article. My bad.
God bless and Jesus loves you
remember we are all aren't perfect in the world.
peace

Mar 2, 2016 1:02 PM in response to arata ishimotoby sberman,Since you saw that "the battery said condition normal and cycle count is 304", you must have booted up quite well. This sounds like it did much better than "come(s) on half way".
Anyway, you should certainly perform the steps outlined in the "Rule out display issues" and "Power issues" in the article you attached at the top of this thread.

Mar 2, 2016 1:27 PM in response to arata ishimotoby my ginger,As per article HT204267, have you done a SMC reset? After starting up with the magsafe plugged in. What happens if you unplug the magsafe? Does the end of the magsafe glow green or orange?
