Q: forgote Apple ID & Password

Hi

I have iphone "6s plus” 64Gb (IMEI:*****)

I forgoted Apple ID & Password!

now, after reset setting and restart iphone, need apple ID & Password.

what do i do?

the my iPhone is unuseabled

but, when my iPhone restarted,need sing-in with apple ID that i don't remember account(ID and Password)!
is it resolved issue if i restore OS to latest IOS and set another apple ID?

If you don't remember apple id was connected to your iPhone previously, having restored it, you have to contact apple care phone support in order to request helping in other way .

attempt to recover your apple id checking all your email addresses.
