I see your iPhone is unable to connect to a particular Wi-Fi network. Since you've already restarted your iOS device, the next step is to reset your network settings. See step 6 in the support article linked to below.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network
