I have wrong passwords stored on the Cloud which I wish to delete
Passwords have changed but old ones are still stored on the Cloud. How do I delete them and leave only current ones.

Are you using iCloud Keychain? That will update all changes in passwords when you choose "save password". Frequently asked questions about iCloud Keychain - Apple Support
I believe we are talking about the same saving of passwords / user number. I have six listed on my Patient Access security, four are old and not needed. I thought a right click would allow me to delete them but no.
When I have changed credit card numbers this has worked but not for theses stored numbers.

If these are in Keychain Access on your Mac, you can delete entries there easily, just by hitting the delete key, or if you double-click on an entry you can check the "Show password" box and there you can change the password.
No luck. This does not work. As soon as I click it enters the number and no amount of deletes help.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are clicking on? Without showing any private info. To make a screenshot, use Command/Shift/4 and drag the + over the part you want, which will put it on your desktop. Then use the camera icon at top of Reply window to copy it to your post.
