Q: Disabled Apple ID?

I reset my iPhone and tried to sync my iTunes purchased songs to my iMac desk top but I keep getting a warning telling me that my Apple ID has been disabled??  How do I correct this issue. I've reset my iTunes account and reset my iPhone. I matched the same ID and passwords and I can log in on the iMac desk top but the iPhone keeps giving me the same message"Your Apple ID has been disabled"
