I have a problem with my iPhone 6 (iOS 9.2.1).
When I'm on cellular, youtube doesn't load any page, this doesn't happen on wifi.
I already tried to reset network setting.
If I insert the iPhone sim-card in an another device, for example iPad, youtube doesn't work either.
The only app that have this problem is the official youtube app...
is there any solution?

Since you mention that the issue follows the sim card to different devices, it sounds like your cell carrier does not allow Youtube over cellular. Have you talked to them about it?
They may be blocking Youtube on their end if 2 devices exhibit the same issue with the same sim card.
Other than that, have you tried a different sim card on the iPad? Does Youtube work then?
I doubt the phone has anything to do with it -
Your carrier may be blocking it - try a SIM card from a different carrier if possible
Does it work when attempting to playback content from YouTube via Safari?

yes I tried a different sim card on the iPad and it works.
I talked to my cell carrier and they said to reset the network settings, but it didn't help.
