ipod touch 5th gen won't turn on; home button is broken

I am in desperate need of your help guys. So earlier, my ipod touch is working properly. I used IBook to read a certain pdf and allowed the landscape/portrait orientation when suddenly it lagged! So i press the power button once to lock my ipod since sometimes it do the tricks in apps but then it shuts off completely and i can no longer turn it on. Please help.
