Q: Is it simple to run Parallels and MS Access 2003?

I have an old old MS Access 2003 database that I need to run on a new iMac? I'm trying to not have to recreate the whole database in Filemaker. Is it simple to run it if I install Parallels on the Mac, a version of Windows and MS Access? I have the cd for Access and pretty sure I have one for an older Windows version. The cost of Filemaker is also an issue for just a single home user.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Microsoft is not supported MS Office Access 2003 any more, Support has ended for Office 2003 on April 8, 2014.
