Open the folder and drag the file you want copied to the folder. Or it you wish to drag the file and not leave behind the original. Hold down the command key while dragging the file.

As it´s not a problem that occurs all the time, this testes actually didn´t help. Once it happen once, with a specific file (origin) and folder combination (destination), it always happens until I restart the Mac. Them the problem is gone until Finder "wants" to do it all over again.
