Q: Working with an error message: #4013

I have just been given an iPad 2. I was told to reset all data, which I did. I downloaded the latest version of iTunes onto m,y PC and hooked up the correct USB cable from the iPad and began the restore process. Unfortunately, while performing the process, an error message popped up.

 

iPad could not be restored due to unknown error: # 4013

 

I am excited to get past this issue and begin using the iPad. Can you help?
