siri stops working. I have reset my network settings and it works once and then when I try to use it again it just says "I'm having difficulties". I have restored my phone twice and still have the same problem, unless I reset my network settings, and then it only works once.

I am connected to the Internet/wifi/4G, that's not my issue. It works once then just stops unless I reset network settings, then again it works once and stops. Thank you for your reply.
Try these basic troubleshooting steps, do a test at each stage:
Restart / Force Restart

Restore from backup
Restore as new
Did the restore from back up and still had problem so then set up as new phone and still same problem. Also tried the restart (home button/on/off button) ha distill same problem. Thanks ckua.
Make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.

Thanks, seems I'm one step ahead, have genius appointment for tomorrow but just thought I'd try this forum as a last ditch attempt at fixing it.
If you've restore the device and setup as new then you know its a hardware issue.
Take a front facing video...
Is there sound?
If not that mic may be out.
Thats the same mic responsible for siri.
