Hi All,

It show "server status code 1013" when initialized the volume at Xsan server. Does anyone have experience for this status code?

There was some sort of error initializing the volume. The system log may have more information. If your Mac can't write to the LUNs used by the new volume, it won't be able to label the LUNs or initialize a new filesystem.

I would check that this Mac can see the LUNs used in the new volume. The LUNs should appear in the output of "sudo cvlabel -c". If they are unlabeled (i.e. they appear as "CvfsDisk_UNKNOWN"), you can try labeling them manually with cvlabel before attempting to create the volume. See the cvlabel(1) man page for more information.

Use caution when labeling LUNs. You can easily destroy data if you label or relabel the wrong LUNs.
