Q: iPhone 5s won't send pictures

I have an iPhone 5s with iOS 9.1.2. Recently, when I'm sending pictures on my iPhone, the "sending" message clears right away meaning it has sent, but the picture doesn't actually show up on my phone and it doesn't register as sent. Neither party receives the picture. I've tried restarting my phone multiple times, restarting my network, turning iMessage off and on but I can't seem to resolve this issue. Please help!!

I see that you are having issues with sending pictures from your iPhone. Since you don't mention email, I am assuming you are talking about using Messages to send the pictures and the following article provides the basic information for troubleshooting Messages.
