Q: how do I delete photos from my iphone when I cannot log into iCloud to erase my data?
I have a 5c iphone and I'm stuck because I have no storage left, I'm supposed to update to OS 8.2 or higher in order to log into iCloud. I cannot do this without more storage. I have deleted all photos - I can no longer see them but they take up 12 gigs of my storage on the iphone. I cannot erase my iphone because I cannot log into iCloud because it will not verify my password, although I have no trouble logging into my Apple ID account where I supposedly am using the same password. I have already reset all my network settings to default and all other settings as well, but when I try to erase content I get stuck. The only option I see thats left is to recover and "restore " iphone, but that will not delete my photos. Any ideas?
