Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your iMac and your MacBook Pro. I'm a bit unclear on the exact issue you are describing, but if you are talking about migrating your user accounts and/or data from a previous Mac to a new Mac, you may find the information and steps outlined in the following articles helpful:

In fact, I know how to migrate from a previous Mac to a new Mac, what I do not know is how to transfer all the data of one user account to another account on the same MacBook Pro? I have actually 2 accounts : 1 a created on my Mac Book pro and after I migrated my account from my old iMac. Results I have 2 accounts with different data and I just want all the data to be on the same user account on my Macbook pro.

I suppose you created on your new mac the account with same username and password as on the iMac, then run the migration tool. You can try the following steps.
make sure you have a backup before proceed
1) created an admin account with different name, let's say myadmin, on your new mac.
2) From new mac, delete the user you already created (make sure you have a backup or the data is still on old iMac )
3) run migration tool, let it copy data from your iMac to your new mac
This will copy the existing account on your iMac as well as the data under that account. The UUID of the account will also be preserved. So you'll have exactly the same account on both machines.
