FCPX to iphone 4 framerate problem

So i have been making an edit on final cut pro 10 and when i imported the music, i selected 60p, considering the footage was shot in 60 fps, when I finished (spent over 5 hours on this) and exported to desktop it showed all the flashes fine but when i sent it to my iPhone 4s so i could post the video on different apps, the flashes didn't show up. (the flashes were 1/60th of a second) i figured that this was because iPhone 4's can only take 30 fps. MY QUESTION, if i sent the video from my computer to an iPhone 6, would it show the flashes? I think it would considering it can film in 240 fps and 120 fps. Thanks so much (also, the project took up a lot of space so i deleted the version on FCPX considering it was on my desktop)

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 9.2
