Unknown error when upgrade iOS

Hi, I have an iPad 2 16 GB (Wi-Fi + 3G). I never used it as I have one more iPad. 10 days back I thought of upgrading it's OS and use it.

It had iOS 4.3.3 so there was no option for downloading updates OS from device itself. I connect it to iTunes, download latest iOS (9.2.1) but I couldn't upgrade it.

Every time I try to update it, it shows unknown error. I tried to update on 3 different computers (2 PC and one MacBook Pro), I have latest version of iTunes installed on these all three computers.

iPad is also on recovery mode I can't use it. I tried hard reset but it come again in recovery mode.

What should I do now?

Thanks

Ramakant

Hey Ramakant,
I understand that you are getting an unknown error when trying to upgrade your iPad 2 with iTunes. Now it is stuck in recovery mode so let's see if we can get this sorted out.
The first thing to look at is when you get the unknown error is that it is typically followed by a number. Try the restore again to see what number comes up and then look at the article below to match the number associated. It will likely be an issue with the network, security software or even might be a hardware issue with your iPad.
