Mar 3, 2016 3:36 AM in response to Tomessiby thunderzzz,If it is still asking for activation obviously device was not removed from the list or you have entered incorrect info. I would recommend to contact the previous owner. It is the only possible solution.

It was not. If the previous owner does not remove it, then you will not be able to activate that device. Apple will not help you circumvent Activation Lock.

Mar 3, 2016 6:14 AM in response to FelipeVby Tomessi,I've checked with the owner, even borrowed the credentials to confirm. The device can't be seen on iTunes and more importantly iCloud. I know this sounds weird but that's what it is. Thanks alot though.
