There are Béziers used in several different things in Motion, which are you talking about?

When I move an object, a bezier-curve is automatically added. Of course this is a very helpful function, but I dont want to happen at this point of the project.

Ok - You can't change the default behavior, but it is very easy to convert the interpolations after you've created the animation.

Select the parameter under animation and right click > Show in keyframe editor.

Select one keyframe. Type Command-A to select them all. Right click on any keyframe and select Interpolation > Linear. They'll all change to linear in one action. Want your object to snap from point to point? Select Constant

You can right-click the individual keyframe points in the Canvas as you are creating the animation and select Linear from the popup menu.
