For my iPad, I went to settings>videos and found that I was not signed in there. Once I signed in the shared option showed as one of the tabs across the top. It had not been there before. Once here - click 'shared' and then the library you would like to view.
I have not figured out how to get this to work with a family member using their own id but as part of family share.
