Q: How do I see entire Mac iTunes library on iPhone

I have home sharing turned on both my Mac and iPhone.  Both are on the same network.  I can only see items on my iPhone that have been purchased via iTunes.  I cannot see my entire iTunes library currently on my Mac that includes music from CD's etc.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

    I was having the same problem on several devices while one worked.  For my iPad, I went to settings>videos and found that I was not signed in there.  Once I signed in the shared option showed as one of the tabs across the top.  It had not been there before.  Once here - click 'shared' and then the library you would like to view. 

    I have not figured out how to get this to work with a family member using their own id but as part of family share.
