Q: I forgot the password for my @iCloud mailbox (to download mail through a new mobile phone (Nokia Microsoft)

Normally I use my MacBook or iPhone to download mails from @iCloud.com mail box. It runs all automatically.. However, sometimes I need to use a (non-apple) mobile phone (Nokia/Microsoft) to download mails from my @iCloud.com mail box.

But I forgot my password for the mailbox.

How can I use my MacBook to find it or ask for a new password the @icloud.com mail box?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
