Q: I messages with multiple devices

I want to read messages on my ipad but keep the blue dot as unread on my iphone. Can this be done.

    Hi,

     

    Yes.

     

    It is the way the app works.

     

    The Messages are effectively "copied" and sent (pushed) to each devices until they accept.

    Instead of a dull on Sync the iMessages are only "Display on all Devices" and no further contacts between them exists.

    Once delivered they are deleted from the Server (Much to the dismay of several governments).
