Q: Calendar marks wrong today date

Hi,

My calendar app marks today date (red circle when view by week, month, or year) incorrectly. For example, the date that I post this question is Mar 4, 2016. However, the red circle is on Mar 3, 2016. If I go to the other date and choose function View > Go to today, it still goes to Mar 3. The weird thing is that this is the only place that date is wrong. The machine knows that current date is Mar 4 if I check it from Date & Time in system preference. Even the icon of the calendar app itself shows the right date. (See pictures)

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I have no idea how it became like this or how to fix it.
