With the troubleshooting that you have done to get your Wi-Fi to work on your iPhone, the next thing would be to restore it. Take a look at the article below to compare what you have done already to make sure you aren't missing anything as far as troubleshooting this.

Mar 8, 2016 6:33 PM in response to kirstyj85by lilopez,I'm having the exact same issue with my iPhone 6. My laptops connect to the WiFi fine. But my iPhone 6 does not connect to my WiFi. Sometimes it will connect but disconnects within 5 minutes. Yet my laptop works without a problem.
I also find my phone to be disconnecting from the bluetooth in my car, which has never happened before.
I went to the apple store and they told me to restore my phone completely like a new phone and everything should be fixed. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
