Q: Apple Remote Desktop Tool Connection Failed

Dear all,

 

I'm facing the problem with the Apple Remote Desktop tool between server and client PC. Please review my issue as below :

 

1. The server installed the ARD version 3.8 with the OS X version 10.11.3

2. The client PC ( OS X version 10.11.3) already enabled the sharing remote login and remote management.

 

But now, it's failed to connect. Showing the error message "to make sure screen sharing is enabled on the computer". I tried to restored the OS for this client PC but still failed.

 

Also, I have tested for another client PCs are succeed. So how to fixed this problem.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
