Which section to post in

I have a question that involves MacOSX and iOSX namely

We each have

2 Macs (desktop and laptop)

an iPhone

an iPad each

we each have an Apple id

we want to

share the calendar data

have equal access to the calendar

have equal access to the Notes, contacts

we share access to the Ap stores via a Family setup

What settings do we have to use to achieve these objectives.
