Q: How can I see only the tagged photos within a folder? Apple by default includes photos from other folders as well if I select a particular tag.
I tried using right clicking a photo and seeing enclosed folder but again it only shows the generic folder display with all photos that are tagged or not.
My aim is to copy tagged photos by folder and give it to a photographer who is creating an album for me. Please note that these photos were given to me by the photographer and are not synced to my photos library.

Are you searching for Finder tags in a folder?
Then open the folder in the Finder and enter ⌘F to open a search window, Click the name of the the folder in the the line "Search "... at the top of the window.
Now click "+" to add a search constraint "Tag contains" and enter the label of your tag, for example:
The screenshot below is showing how to search for the blue tags with the label "Probe" in the folder "Desktop Photos".
