I Have an iphone6 and I am haveing a hard time in my settings trying to update my phone even though wifi is on so does anyone know what I need to do if so I would really appreciate your help and feedback

You posted your question, but the top of your post contains the "Find My iPhone Activation Lock" article. So that suggests to me that you purchased a second-hand iPhone and were not able to contact the original owner to release the iPhone from Find My iPhone.
In that case, you are completely out of luck. Your iPhone will not be able to reset at all.
You must contact the original owner, or try to get a refund.
I would suggest you explain your problem in your native language (presumably Spanish). Cause it is impossible to understand as is.
Does anyone know how I can reset my phone without loosing my contacts and photos???
