4s error 4013 and won't reboot

My daughters 4s has the apple symbol permanently on screen. I have managed to press the home button and hook it up to itunes sufficiently enough to get the restore started. All good until the end and then the phone has 10 [unfnd] messages on the top right corner (too small to read) and then told that it can't restore. Any suggests greatly appreciated.
