If your watch has been damaged, it may be eligible for (chargeable) out-of-warranty repair service.

If you wish to choose a different watch face (software feature):

• When viewing the time on your watch, press firmly on the display > swipe left / right to the watch face that you want to choose and/or to customise (don't swipe if you only want to customise the current watch face).
• Tap on your preferred watch face to choose it - or tap on the Customise button beneath the watch face to customise it.
  • Some watch faces offer more than one screen of customisation options > swipe left / right to switch between them.
  • Turn the Digital Crown to scroll through available options for colours and complications (watch face features).
  • Tap the Digital Crown when finished and then tap on the watch face to return to it.
