Editing causes course manager to report that another instructor has started editing the post in the mean time, even for courses with a single instructor.
Come on Apple! What is the deal with this?

Mar 7, 2016 7:08 AM in response to ltaroliby jasonmillard,This is highly frustrating. Our HS history courses completely moved to iTunes U to distribute materials. Our whole school day is thrown off in a big way for both teachers and students. Not only can we not post, but on iTunes U we cannot download either. This is a very poor performance for Apple.

it will allow you to upload your pdf to your "materials" and from there you can upload the document onto your post. It's an extra step, but it seems to be working. I was on the phone with Apple for an hour today.......

Mar 9, 2016 4:27 PM in response to ltaroliby ltaroli,As of today iTunes U is working perfect for both myself and my students. My IT guy at my school district said it was a 9.3 issue and that 9.3 is starting to role out it certain areas and I guess iTunes U was one of them...
Is everyone else up and running?
