Ive delete over than 100 pictures and videos and also more than 5 apps and still have the message not enough available storage

What is it that you're trying to download when it says there's not enough storage?

Do you have WhatsApp by any chance? If so delete it. Then do a Forced Restart and reinstall WhatsApp if desired.
Forced Restart: Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it comes up. You will not lose anything.
