I can't print in color from my iMac to HP Office Jet Pro. The printer prints in color from other computers as normal. From the iMac in Preview, the drop down menu that normally has a "print quality" option has nothing related to color at all: there is no option to choose black/white, grayscale or color. (Only options are layout, paper handlng, paper feed, cover page, printer features, supply level.) As a result I am only able to print in black and white. Has anyone else had this problem?
