Q: Forgot Apple ID Password and Security Questions

Hi,

My uncle recently passed away, and he has an Iphone 5 with a passcode, without fingerprint capabilities. He is running IOS 8.4.1. None of my family knows the passcode, unfortunately. However, I do know his apple ID! I don't know the password though. I can verify his Date of Birth, but I don't know his security question of the last concert. I have made good guesses with no success. Also, the iphone was never connected to Itunes. The reason I am trying to get into the phone is for sentimental things such as photos and videos. I need access to Icloud where his iphone was automatically backed up over wifi. Once again, I don't need access to the Iphone; I need access to Icloud where the Iphone was backing up photos, videos, etc. Any help at all is greatly appreciated!
