No. It is a one-user device. All iDevices can only be configured for one user. They are not multi-user devices.

You asked two different questions. You can set-up multiple finger prints but as Kappy has already pointed out you can only have one account.

You can have up to five fingerprints and every one can be from a different person if you wish. iOS itself has no capability for multiple user accounts though, so everyone will have full access to the exact same content.
