Q: any password can open my mac

hey, i have a serious probleme, any password can open my mac and i can be root on terminal with the su command without password. i reset my password and desable root on parameters but the problem persists. i have a retina macbook pro and the version is 10.11.3

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Are you using the root account as a user? Unless you are troubleshooting you should not go into your computer as root.
