I have been struggling with ATT. Have a Mac Book Pro OS X Version 10.9.5, Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7, Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
My Mac Book can connect successfully sometimes. Often it will find our wifi connection but will not connect. Sometimes I open the laptop and am connected right away. ATT gave up on me today and would not even send a technician. He called and said he has run into this before with Mac Books. No help! I've been through the help
Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
with no success.
This laptop works everywhere else. Just not at my home on this ATT service. Been through 4 different routers now.
Any suggestions?
