Can you customize the name of a song downloaded from Apple Music?

I am interested in purchasing Apple Music, but I often change the name of songs that I download. Is it possible to change the name of a song downloaded from Apple Music?

I looked at that previously... I am specifically trying to find out if a user can rename a song title if they pay for Apple Music service.
