ATV 1st Gen. - no Internet and no I-Tunes access! any solutions to solve such a problem?

Hi out there,

after I had to make a factory reset with my ATV1, it will not connect to the internet and to I-Tunes!

Is there any solution to solve that problem?

Have you tried hooking the ATV directly to your computer with an ethernet cable and looking for it in iTunes?
